By using the website at celestialseedsstudio.com (“the site”), creating an account, or completing a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with Melvin Green, sole proprietor, doing business as Celestial Seeds Studio, with a principal place of business in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States (fictitious-firm-name certificate filed with the Clark County Clerk under NRS 602, EIN on file with the IRS).
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the site. Continued use after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new version; material changes will be announced by email to registered customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
You may browse the archive without registering. To complete a purchase you provide an email; an account is optional. If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under it. The studio is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials that result from your own handling of them.
All purchases on the site are licenses to use a digital image, governed by the licensing rules. The contract is formed when you receive a confirmation email after payment, not when you place the order; the studio reserves the right to decline an order for any lawful reason (fraud signals, denial-of-service patterns, embargoed jurisdictions) and refund the payment in full.
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude state and local sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping or billing location where the studio has a tax-collection obligation.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Company, a Delaware corporation. The studio does not store full card numbers; we retain only the last four digits and a Stripe customer reference for the purpose of receipts and refunds. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

The studio guarantees the integrity of the file at the moment of delivery. You are responsible for backing up the master file once received. Replacement downloads after the email link expires are available free of charge for two years from purchase, by request.
Print orders are produced on demand by a fine-art lab in Las Vegas, Nevada. Production typically takes 5–10 business days; shipping is via UPS, fully insured, and tracked. Shipping risk transfers to the buyer on delivery, not on dispatch — the studio is responsible for any in-transit damage and will replace at no charge with photo evidence.

All photographs, the site design, written copy, brand marks, and the software running this site are the property of Aria Voss or her licensors. Nothing on the site, except a properly licensed file, transfers any IP rights to you.
The studio warrants that it owns or has the right to license each image on the site, that licensed files are reasonably free of viruses or malicious code at delivery, and that the site will be reasonably available during normal operating hours.
Beyond those, the site is provided as is. The studio disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights not directly related to the photograph itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. and Nevada law, the studio’s aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid the studio in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $500. The studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by writing to info@celestialseedsstudio.com. The studio may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, of the licensing rules, or for behaviour that creates a security risk to the site or its customers. Termination does not revoke licenses you have already paid for in good faith — those continue to apply within their scope.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada for any dispute not subject to small-claims or arbitration. U.S. consumers retain non-waivable rights under their state’s consumer-protection statutes.
